What are digital codes?
Digital codes, also known as cdkeys, prodcut keys or serial numbers are a relatively new method of game/software delivery and activation.
They replace the need for a physical disk and allow quick access to your purchase. You no longer need to wait for a package to arrive by post and can order any time any day!
All the products sold at Ludos Digital are digital products. When you buy from us, we will send you a unique product code that you just need to enter on your platform and your game will start downloading instantly.
If you purchase a subscription, a game pass or a gift card, your subscription will start immediately, once you activate your code.
What's more, there is some sweet money savings with going digital.

We have access to a large collection of games from various suppliers. If you have a special request for a product, recently released or an old classic, give us a shout at orders@ludos.org.uk and we can check if we can make it available for you.

Help! How can I activate my code?
Activation of digital code is very simple. Check out our Activation Guide page to walk you through the activation process on your platform.

How long will it take to get my order?
Our orders are typically delivered via email within hours of receiving your payment. In some circumstances where additional review is required, it may take up to 24 hours to complete your order.
It has been over 24 hours and I did not receive my order, what should I do?
In some circumstances, your order may be held for verification and security purposes. If you ordered a product and it has been more than 24 hours, please get in touch with us at support@ludos.org.uk.
My download link for my purchased product/s has expired, what should I do?
For security reasons, the download link for your products expires automatically after 180 days. If your link expires and you still require access, then please contact us via the email at support@ludos.org.uk and we will be happy to assist you and create a new link for you.
I have decided that I don't want my game/product or found fault in it. Can I get a refund?
Please check our refunds policy to see if you are eligible for a refund. If so, contact us about all refunds at support@ludos.org.uk.
I'm not sure about the compatibility of a game/product with my system. Can you help me?
Compatibility information is available on every product page. If you are still unsure, give us a shout at support@ludos.org.uk or via live chat and we will be happy to help you identify the version compatible with your system.
