Return Policy

At Ludos Digital we put customer security and satisfaction first. That's why we invested in a secure system to allow secure delivery of your digital products. 

Due to the nature of digital products, we can only accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not viewed the product via the link provided in your Order Fulfilment Email. We reserve the right to decline a refund if we suspect malpractice or malicious activity.

In the unlikely event where you receive an incorrect or faulty product code, we will always investigate that thoroughly and rectify the problem swiftly. If you claim that a product you received is faulty, Ludos Digital can only accept your claim if the following is provided:

  • A clear photo/screenshot of the fault via the intended product platform.

In the unlikely event where you receive an already redeemed product code, we will always investigate that thoroughly and rectify the problem swiftly. If you claim that a product you received is already redeemed, Ludos Digital can only accept your claim if all of the following are provided:

  1. A clear photo/screenshot of the fault via the intended product platform.
  2. A clear photo/screenshot of your account purchase/redeem history.
  3. A clear photo/screenshot evidence from the product producer about the time the code/s were redeemed. This can be obtained by contacting them directly via chat or an email from them after a call.

If a purchase was done by mistake like ordering the wrong product, we reserve the right to not fully refund your order. We may either:

  1. Fully refund your order
  2. Fully refund your order as (Store Credit)
  3. Partially refund your order less the payment gate fees which we pay to receive your payment
