Due to the nature of digital products, we can only accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not viewed the product via the link provided in your Order Fulfilment Email. We reserve the right to decline a refund if we suspect malpractice or malicious activity.
In the unlikely event where you receive an incorrect or faulty product, we will always investigate that thoroughly and rectify the problem swiftly. If you claim that a product you received is faulty, Ludos Digital can only accept your claim if all of the following are provided:
- Provide a photo/screenshot of the product failing to activate via the intended product platform.
- Provide evidence from the game producer about the time the code was activated. This can be obtained by contacting them directly.
